The Wool Heel & Elbow Pads are made from 100% pure sheep’s wool with a knitted back cloth that allows skin to breathe. This is different to actual sheepskin which has a leather skin backing.
The wool is soft and comfortable and helps with pressure care. When fitting to heels, the Hook and Loop Tape Straps should go straight across the top of the foot and around the ankle with the heel in the middle of the pad.
For elbows, the straps should fasten across the arm above and below the elbow. The Wool Heel & Elbow Pads can also be used on the knee for protection.
The straps are not intended to be crossed over. The are long enough for large feet or elbows, and you can cut them shorter if you need to.
